Welding Characteristics and Guidelines for FGNM Profiles

 

FGNM® 型材易于焊接,非常适合用于各种类型铲斗的结构制造。

FGNM® profiles are easily welded and excellent for the construction of any type of bucket.

 

在焊接过程中,需要遵循以下一般原则:

When welding, it is important to follow several general rules:

 

A. 确保焊接表面清洁、干燥。

• Make sure that the surfaces to be welded are clean and dry.

 

B. 使用低氢含量的焊接材料。

• Use a welding material with low hydrogen content.

 

C. 合理安排焊接顺序,以尽量减少残余应力。因为焊接会带来大量热量,可能导致型材变形。

• Balance the welding sequence so as to minimize residual stresses. In fact, welding adds a significant amount of heat and can deform the profiles.

 

D. 当焊接型材厚度超过 30 mm、环境温度低于 +5°C 或空气湿度较高时,应进行预热。

• Preheat when the profile to be welded is thicker than 30 mm, the ambient temperature is below +5°C or the air is very humid.

 

推荐预热温度:
FGNM 400 = 80°C
FGNM 500 = 180°C
FGNM 250:通常无需预热,仅当环境温度为 0°C 时建议预热。

Recommended preheating temperatures:
FGNM 400 = 80°C
FGNM 500 = 180°C
FGNM 250 steel does not require preheating. Preheating is only recommended when the ambient temperature is 0°C.

 

碳当量值(CEV)是评估钢材可焊性的重要指标,可根据钢中合金成分确定合适的焊接温度。


0.59 (10-20mm - 0.4-0.8)

0.62 (25-50mm - 1-2)


The Carbon Equivalent Value (CEV) is a good indicator for assessing the weldability of the steel based on its alloys and determining the welding temperature.


0.59 (10 to 20 mm - 0.4 to 0.8 in thick)

0.62 (25 to 50 mm - 1 to 2 in thick)


 

这些钢材的碳当量值较低,可显著降低焊接过程中氢致裂纹的风险。

The low Carbon Equivalent Value of these steels can greatly reduce the risk of hydrogen cracking during welding.
